Having led a dynamic creative team for 13 years, I bring expertise in understanding user needs, creative direction, brand strategy, and project management. With a solid background in content and design, I excel in analyzing social behaviors, content planning, and brand communication, and executing viral campaigns, email, and microsite designs. I take pride in being an avid tinkerer, always striving for excellence.
Studio Operations
With 13 years of experience in studio operations, I’ve led diverse teams in design, sound and motion editing, video shooting, UI/UX, and illustration, serving regions including India, the USA, Australia, the Middle East, and Qatar. I’ve trained over 60 professionals and worked with more than 100 brands, achieving 13+ awards for brand campaigns. Having worked with diverse B2B, B2C, external, and internal marketing teams, I excel at crafting compelling designs and ensuring their effective distribution. My expertise includes funnels, social media marketing, analytics, and pitching and presenting.
Creative Mentor
I mentor internal creative teams, guiding them on industry standards, brand understanding, and the evolving landscape of online advertising. My focus is on changing behavioral patterns to achieve excellence. As a guest lecturer at Abhinav Kala Mahavidyalaya, I empower the next generation with insights on becoming industry-ready and producing award-winning work, bridging the gap between academia and the creative industry.
Illustrator
Specializing in illustration from college, I was honored with the Illustrator of the Year award in 2023. My portfolio includes designing numerous book covers for renowned poets and writers, such as the Maharashtra Rajya Sahitya and Sanskruti project "Aksharbalwadmay," a collective Marathi story collection. Additionally, I guided Kathak nritya visharad Manasi Sadamate in curating a special dance show, managing both social and show branding. As part of our outreach efforts, we visited remote villages in Leh-Ladakh to educate students about opportunities in the design field and the importance of education for leading a better life.
